I think my order is stuck at customs. What’s next?

Unless you’ve received a letter from your country’s Customs, we generally like to wait 9 days of no movement before we throw in the proverbial towel, assume your order is not making it through, and reship your order.

If your order has not moved for 9 days or more, please contact us and we will reship you right away.

If we are unsuccessful in reaching you twice, we will refund you.
