Where is my invoice?

If you selected ‘Manual Invoice’ then you will receive an email with a link to your invoice. Invoices are sent from third parties and, depending on their location, can take up to a few days hours to end up in your email. If you have not received an invoice after 24 hours of making an order, please contact our support by ‘Submit a Request’ above and we will have the biller resend your invoice.

Note that all invoices will be sent from third-party processing services and your personal information is never in our hands. This protects both you and BuyModa.
